How it works

1F512 is a public record of what wallet owners say about their wallets, and whether the chain agrees.

The owner proves it's their wallet

They sign a message containing a one-time code. We recover who signed it. There are no accounts, passwords or emails.

They publish signed statements

Who the wallet is, where tokens went and why, what they promise, and which contracts lock tokens. Each statement is a text the wallet signed, published together with its signature, so anyone can check it with any tool and never has to trust this site. Nothing is edited or deleted. A correction is a new statement that replaces or retracts the old one, and the old one stays visible.

The page reads the chain, twice

Every balance is asked of two independent providers at the same block. If they disagree or one fails, the page says it couldn't verify. It never shows a number from one source and never caches one.

A promise is not the same as a lock

A promise is the owner's word. Its status is what the chain shows right now: keeping its word, broke a promise, or not yet checked when deciding needs more than one block. A lock is different. When the owner moves tokens into a disclosure treasury, every payment out must be requested in public with a written reason, wait a notice period, and fit limits that cannot be changed. The page reads those rules from the contract itself and marks them locked by code. That label is never applied to anything the page could not read.

What this site will never tell you

That a wallet is trustworthy, that a token is safe, or what anything is worth. It cannot prove an owner has no other wallets: a person can prove wallets are theirs, not that they have no others. It knows nothing that happened off chain except what an owner chose to sign.
